Where the Christmas Story Should Begin

The focus of much of the Christian world today and the days and weeks before now has been on the birth of a baby in a manger whose name would be called Immanuel, meaning God with us. And it’s a beautiful story which touches the heart and should be told, and told often. But the Christmas story really should not begin there. Today we will take a journey through the Scriptures with very little comment starting where the Christmas story should begin.
